GENPA is going to form a Smart Class for high quality education in Erzincan
GENPA is going to convert the 12-classroom Fatih Primary School in Erzincan to a smart class. The protocol between GENPA and the Ministry of Education was signed by the Governor of Erzincan Abdülkadir Demir, the General Manager of GENPA Fahri Tugay and the Minister of Transport Binali Yıldırım.
With the project prepared jointly by the Governor of Erzincan Abdülkadir Demir and the President of the City Council Ünal Tuygun a new era of National Education is starting in Erzincan. The project involves the formation of smart classes in all schools with the objective of raising the quality of education. Within the scope of the project all classrooms will be equipped with the latest technolical tools.
The Governor of Erzincan Abdülkadir Demir gave his full support to the Smart Class Project presented by the President of the City Council Ünal Tuygun and the council members. At the first phase of the project two sample classes at Melikşah Primary School had been established and opened recently with the contribution of the Governor Demir. Minister of Transport Binali Yıldırım had visited the city and, analysing the smart classes and liking the project, had promised to support it.
Minister of Transport Binali Yıldırım’s target is to equip all the schools at the city, districts and boroughs of Erzincan with this technology. The cost of the project is expected to be around 10-12 million Turkish lira.
