Turkey's New Technological Base; GENPATECH
GSM applications met Turkey in 1993 by 2 operators and a few thousand subscribers. Today we have 4 operators, 20 million subscribers and a penetration ratio of 30%. From this point on this industry, should develop in a new dimension look for the new horizons. With the speeded up development, sale consultancy towards the consumer need become one of the important pillars in the market. Consumer would like to be supported after the sales in order to solve all the problems that may occur in order to be a happy and loyal one.
Taking all these into consideration Genpa was working to develop a new retail concept that can give a higher quality service for about 1,5 years and come to a conclusion that is to be branded Genpatech. The model features, the very first franchising dealer system that will spread all over Turkey by the participation of the dealers.
Genpatech metwork is the first corporate expression of the new phase sales and marketing intiatives that will be taken by Genpa. The model proposes special shops that will carry a wide product range, with appropriate pricing strategies and payment conditions that fit to the individual consumer's needs. The platform will serve the consumer for consultancy sales and after sale needs. The sales people should be well trained and relaying all the crucial information which the manufacturers propose.
