QUALITY OF SERVICE AND SUCCESS AWARD FOR GENPA
On March 15, 1962 John F. Kennedy, former presidenf of USA said that: Consumers are a very important economic group of people who should defend their rights by organizing themselves and be protected in certain frames."
Consumer act, starting in USA and spreading to Europe and other countries ever since, is now being celebrated on 15th March every year as the World Consumers Day. Panels, meetings, seminers are being held and organizations, companies and individuals who have shown respect or protection for consumer rights are being rewarded. One of these awards- "Quality Of Service And Success"- is given to GENPA at the panel held on the day of the World Consumers Day by Tüketiyorum Magazine for Genpa's pre and after sales quality services.
This remarkable award was presented to Genpa who promotes 100% customer satisfaction by Fatma Nuhoglu, publisher of Tüketiyorum Magazine to Rasim Serin, CEO of Genpa.
