TWO AWARDS FOR GENPA TECHNICAL SERVICE FROM SONY ERICSSON
At the Traditional SonyEricsson Authorized Services Meeting, Sony Ericsson has found Genpa worthy of two separate awards based on its activities during 2005.
At the SonyEricsson Authorized Services Meeting, the year 2005 was evaluated, steps to be taken to ensure better quality service in 2006 at Sony Ericsson Authorized Services were discussed, and various awards were presented to various technical services for accomplishments in 2005. Genpa was found worthy of two separate awards as a result of its activities in 2005.
The award for “Best Quality Feedback Performance” award presented to Genpa Technical Service for feedback issued by Genpa to Sony Ericsson to ensure better after sales service, easier elimination of glitches and improving procedures, was presented to Genpa Technical Service After Sales Services Manager, Fehmi Demirel by Sony Ericsson Turkey General Manager, Fatih Gemalmaz. GenpaTechnical Service was presented with a second award for the close cooperation and supportit has shown Sony Ericsson. “The Sony Ericsson Special Cooperation Award” was presented to Genpa Technical Services Manager, M. Levent Koza, again by Sony Ericsson Turkey General Manager, Fatih Gemalmaz.
