With the objective of having an accurate, fast and more effective information flow between itself and its dealers, Genpa has updated its website at http://bayi.genpa.com.tr, making e-commerce also possible.
Genpa dealers, using the special customer codes and passwords allocated to them, are able to see over the internet and in detail, current account activity tracking procedures, account reports, revenues, returns, cheque information and sales reports, products in stock, technical properties of products, campaign workflows, credit card installment interests, technical support product defect tracking and price lists.
Ease in order tracking
In addition to these procedures, dealers, having started online ordering through the website on June 5th, can control all invoicing and logistic details of their orders. Alongside payment methods, procedures are tracked by Genpa Sales Representatives.
Bayionline information meeting
Having renewed its website, Genpa organized two meetings to inform its dealers about bayionline and technical support.
The first of the meetings for the purpose of imparting information about bayionline and technical support to Genpa dealers was held on June 12th inGenpa headquarters. The meeting, also attended by upper level executives, department heads and sales and marketing teams was very profitable and enjoyable. Genpa dealers, after voicing their appreciation of the renewed website and the bayionline concept, had the chance to chat with Genpa executives as well as each other at the barbecue held after the meeting. The barbecue was attended by around 100 persons.
Second meeting at Günaydın
The second meeting, held at Günaydın Steak House on June 13th due to inclement weather, was also very profitable. At the meeting attended by approximately 100 people including Genpa senior executives, sales and marketing managers and dealers, participants were informed about the renewed distributor website and ease of use.
