Assistant Chairman of the Genpa Board Mr. M. Fatih Erdem, Genpa General Manager Mr. Fahri Tugay, assistant general managers, department heads, district managers and their deputies as well as executives reporting to them took part in the 2-day event held on January 25-26, and after the hectic first day enjoyed relaxed fun time on the second day. Managers split up into two groups with department heads attending the “Be Myself” course under the supervision of psychologist Ms. Adalet Bağdu and the other managers the “Strategic Management” meeting chaired by Colonel Muzaffer Karagöz.

Managers met again after the meetings to have a relaxed fun time with an aikido master briefing them on the aikido philosophy and techniques.

At the end of the day, participants celebrated the company’s success in 2006 and saluted “a successful new year” with a cake cut together by the Deputy Chairman of the Genpa Board Mr. M. Fatih Erdem and Genpa General Manager Mr. Fahri Tugay.
