Genpa speeds up trainings in 2007
A new training project was launched at Genpa during the first days of the new year. Genpa employees working in Istanbul were given a course in “Stress Management and Emotional Control”.
Approximately 210 Genpa staff attended the 1-day “Stress Management and Emotional Control” training. The trainings were conducted jointly with the Pozitif Performans consulting firm by expert instructors under the supervision of psychologist Ms. Adalet Bağdu.
Ongoing Trainings
Another education activity in January took place during the Sales & Marketing 2006 Assessment meeting. Executive level works were prepared during the organization and half-day “Be Myself” and “Strategic Management” courses organized. Genpa started a second training project directed at Technical Service staff at end-February. Within the frame of the work, face-to-face staff interviews were started with priority given to the Etiler Technical Service staff with a view to specify personal development areas. Genpa, which has declared 2007 as the training year, will organize “Stress Management” courses for Bayrampaşa Main Warehouse and all District Office employees until year’s end. In addition, personal development trainings will be prepared on the basis of performance appraisal results.
