Revolution in data communications: Genpartner
The pilot version of Genpartner, which is among Genpa’s newest ventures will be made public on April 30. A first-ever in Turkey, this Genpartner software represents a revolution in data communications (exchange) between our business partners and Genpa Technical Service.
Non-availability of sound information on machines sent to authorized services account for the biggest Technical Service-related problem with our business partners. Their first step when customers arrive to obtain information on their tool is to call up the technical service to obtain information. Major problems are encountered in securing prompt information because of difficulties to reach the frequently busy phone lines of the Technical Service.
Genpartner software is an internet-based data exchange program which offers an once and for all solution to such setbacks. If an information requisition for a machine delivered to our Technical Service is made through Genpartner software, which has been fully designed and planned within the Genpa organization, by writing the machine’s IMEI or service number you will be able to immediately access a broad range of information available at our company’s Technical Service. Data to appear on the computer screen form of our business partners will include; service incoming date and hour for the machine, parts replaced and their prices, process details (filled out by technicians after repair), reasons for any delay (waiting for part, swap, fee approval, etc.); making it also possible to approve/reject our price proposal for paid repairs without need for phone calls or fax transmission by using a Genpartner form. There is also the prospect of display of the name of the person approving/rejecting the price as well as the date and hour of the transaction, repair completion date, follow up on the service discharge date and hour (by cargo or courier) on the form as well as detailed reporting on all machines in our service:
• Report on machines which repair is finished
• Report on machines which await repair
• Report on machines awaiting parts
• Report on machines awaiting Swap
• Report on machines awaiting invoice
• Report on machines awaiting price approval
• Detailed machine report by IMEI number
Likewise, machines sent to Genpa Technical Service by our business partners through a simple recording on a Genpartner form will achieve speed up and future cost savings in incoming recordings at our customer services department, and therefore be awarded a specific renumeration per recording.
If you wish to become one of our first 20 business partners in the Genpartner project which will be launched as pilot work on April 30 and be granted privileged Technical Service services, please apply by e-mail to the address genpartner@genpa.com.tr. Applications will be evaluated under priority by the current Genpa Technical Service and currently active outlet points to select an point from among our business partners with a monthly minimum potential of 50 machine incoming recordings. Those outlet points of our top 20 retailers selected in the Project’s pilot implementation who are first to reach 100 recordings will be awarded a mobile phone to commemorate our project’s success. The mobile phone to be awarded will be an update, high-end model chosen by the brand with top transmission rates according to our winner outlet point’s entries.
We extend our best wishes for the future success of another novelty introduced by us to our sector through Genpartner.
