Özdil Iletişim was awarded a Nokia N95 among 20 retailers within the context of the pilot work started on August 1 between the Genpa Technical Service and Genpa retailers. The contest promising to award a mobile phone announced an update high-end model of the "top transmission" brand determined from the winner outlet’s records as prize to be given to the first retailer achieving 100 records. The Nokia N95 prize was claimed by Özdil Iletişim which achieved top scores with 199 records during the period. The Nokia N95 model was presented to Özdil Iletişim official Sami Özdil in a ceremony held on September 25 with the participation of Genpa Post-Sales Services assistant general manager A. Tolga Şahin, Customer Services Manager Fehmi Demirel and Retailer Relations Executive Gökhan Şengelir. Thanks to the Genpartner software which is a first-ever in Turkey, retailers will also have instant access to various information included in Genpa’s technical service software about tools delivered to the Genpa Technical Service by inputting the respective IMEI or service number.
