A "pearl" in Nokia: Genpa Technical Service Supplier
Having scored 94.75 points in the inspections by foreign inspectors applicable to Level 3 service shops of Nokia all around the world. Genpa Technical Service Supplier is now proud of an success never matched before: It ranked number one in Turkey with a score that is unmatched yet among the Level 3 service shops.
What is Nokia Level inspection?
Before a Level 3 service supplier status is given, Nokia checks whether it conforms to Nokia SSR (Service Supplier Requirement) . A Level 3 service supplier that successfully passes this inspection is subject to a one-off detailed inspection every year involving operational efficiency, process management, workflows, responsibilities of the management department and repair methods and more.
The authorization and maintenance procedures as well as inspection processes for repair authorizations, which is called a L3 authorization, and which is close to factory levels are much more comprehensive when compared to Club Nokia inspections in our country.
Mr. Mehmet Levent Koza, the Genpa Technical Services Manager, says the following in this respect:
“ The quality and management team trying its best efforts to match Nokia standards at the maximum level was ultimately rewarded thanks to the outstanding success of its R&D teams, technicians, warehouse and customer services as a result of its team work, organization and efforts to reach such a high score. Another fact that the inspection revealed was that we are the first service supplier to achieve the integration of NMS (Nokia Management System) info-logistic software, a brand-new application by Nokia, in full automatic harmony thanks to the collaboration with our software department.
In Genpa; we aim at raising our standards up one step every day, and thus offering the best-quality and fastest service, and consequently becoming a prominent service supplier in Turkey by achieving similar scores every year.
I would like to give my special thanks to our team, who played a significant role in scoring this point, and our Club Nokia shows as well as all other business partners. Their efforts are very much appreciated. I would also like to tell you that our target is to live for our sector on the basis of constant self-improvement.”
