The natural gas regulation box tender put out by Istanbul Gaz Dagıtım A.S. (“IGDAS”) for its investments in 2009 was awarded to Kompozit Kimya A.S. Being the largest gas distribution company in Turkey, IGDAS is a firm famous with its leading position in implementing a strict quality policy in gas distribution sector and its persistence in setting the quality bars way above its peers in supplier selection. Having started its journey with the motto “the Quality Comes First”, Kompozit Kimya A.S. has been offering its services to IGDAS as the supplier of the natural gas regulation boxes since its start-up. Thanks to the awarded contract, Mr. Husnu Kılıc Mr. Abdul Maruf Rezzak, Mr. Selim Ozlu and Mr. Kenan Turan, the Quality Control Department technicians, visited the production facilities in Kocaeli on 28 January 2009, Wednesday. The team assessed the conformity of the production process with the Manufacturing Adequacy Criteria set by IGDAS’ Quality Control Department. The inspection was a smash success. During the inspection, the technical team was accompanied by Mr. Gokhan Erdem, the Board member, Mr. Numan Kose, the Plant Manager and Ms. M. Didem Akyuz, the Production and Planning Manager.

Wrapping its production concept around the “The Quality Comes First” approach, Kompozit Kimya A.S. has once more been awarded for its high-quality standards. Kompozit is now shipping the boxes in full capacity. IGDAS officers have made it clear that the interim inspections would continue during the ongoing production process.
