Genpa Sales and Marketing Strategies Meeting held on February 6th and 7th, 2009 at Gural Sapanca Wellness Park was attended by a 55-member team, including Deputy General Managers, department managers, regional managers, regional directors and sales managers, including Mr. Fatih Erdem, the Vice Board Chairman of Erdem Holding. Mr. Imfred de Jong, the former General Manager of Nokia, Mr. Barıs Ruacan as well as Mr. Conor Pierce, the new General Manager, who took up office in February also joined the team on Saturday.

Attendants met and chatted in dinners after the meetings which took two days with very full and busy agendas. These chats cured all the tiredness that the attendants might have felt otherwise. On the second day, the meeting during which 2008 was evaluated, and the sales and marketing strategies for 2009 were discussed was attended by the guests from Nokia, Mr. Conor Pierce, the new General Manager and Mr. Imfred de Jong, the former General Manager who delegated his tasks to his successor. In the meeting, a plaquette was awarded by Mr. M. Fatih Erdem, the Vice Board Chairman of Genpa and Mr. Fahri Tugay, the General Manager of Genpa, to Mr. Imfred de Jong thanks to his sound cooperation. Two big creamy cakes were cut and offered to the guests after the dinner on Saturday as Mr. Imfred de Jong was departing Turkey for a final farewell and Mr. Conor Pierce was taking up the office as his successor.
