POSITION CHANGES IN GENPA’S AFTER-SALES SERVICES MANAGEMENT 11.05.2016

Business Development Director Hakan Erturan was appointed as the after-sales services director, in addition to his original responsibilities. Speaking about the vision and objectives of his new department, Erturan said that GENPA’s After-Sales Services Department will work to make the company even more successful in line with the company’s vision and mission. Erturan said, "The precondition to becoming the most preferred company for all of our customers and business partners is to achieve high satisfaction levels for the services we provide. GENPA’s After-Sales Services plays a critical role in the company’s overall objective. He said that another important target is to prepare the organization to the so-called 4th Industrial Revolution, i.e. adapting to technologies that are currently changing at an unprecedented pace.

Erturan, who has been the company’s Business Development Director since 2008, graduated from the Military Academy in 1988
and completed his M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering at Boğaziçi University in 1994. After serving in the navy in various capacities, Hakan Erturan started a career in the private sector in 1998; before joining GENPA, he worked as Customer Services Director for Turkey, Azerbaijan and Israel in 1999-2008 first at Ericsson and then at Sony Ericsson.
