AGDAŞ Adapazarı Gaz Dağıtım A.Ş, has achieved something for the first time in Sakarya by being ranked as the 9th company  on the list of “BEST EMPLOYEES OF TURKEY” in the category of employers having 50-250 employees and among 92 institutions having made application and as per the evaluation of Great Place to Work Institution carrying out their activities in 50 countries.

 

AGDAŞ, has presented their implementations in the areas of employing and integrating, inspiring, notifying, listenning, appreciating, developing, giving importance, congradulating, and having team spirit together with concrete evidences in December 2016. With Turst Index Employee Questionnaire that was conducted in January,2017, the impact of these implemen-tations of employee satisfaction was measured. As a result of the evaluations made, AGDAŞ received the award of “Best Employee of 2017” by getting on the stage together with inter-national institutions such as Microsoft, Hilton, H&M, Turkcell Global Bilgi, Ebay Gittigidi-yor, Toyota Pazarlama, Novartis, Glaxo Smith Kline, Doğuş Holding at the award ceremony that was held at Wyndham Grand Levent on the 24th of May,2017.

AGDAŞ had received EFQM 5 Star Competency Certificate in 2015 with their successful works in the quality area and they have received Golden Valve award in 2016 with their social responsibility projects. AGDAŞ, which made important contributions both to its own brand and to Sakarya, as being an ERDEM Group company, has enhanced their success by getting the award of 2017 Best Employer.
